Elvra: your questions answered
How do I take Elvra?
The seller does not publish directions on its site. Follow the dosage on the box and do not exceed it. Taking it regularly as part of your daily routine is what counts.
How long before I notice anything?
The seller gives no timeframe. Be wary of anyone who does: results vary from person to person and no supplement replaces sleep, exercise and food.
Does Elvra actually work?
We found no published study on the product. For some nutrients (zinc, folate, vitamin D, selenium) there are authorised claims in the EU, but that does not show the effect of the complete formula.
Elvra reviews from Irish customers: do they exist?
The checkout we viewed shows testimonials with first names and towns, but we cannot verify them. We found no independent reviews.
Will it help with low libido or erection problems?
No authorised claim exists on that. If you have erection problems or notice changes, talk to your GP: they are sometimes linked to heart health or other causes that are better looked into.
Does Elvra have side effects?
The seller's site mentions none. Some people tolerate certain ingredients less well, such as L-arginine, which can also interact with blood pressure medicines. Ask your GP or pharmacist. If you feel unwell after a dose, stop and contact your doctor. The National Poisons Information Centre public line is 01 809 2166 (8am to 10pm daily).
Can I take it with blood pressure tablets?
Not before talking to your GP or pharmacist. Several ingredients are linked to circulation and could interact with medicines.
Is it suitable for vegetarians or people with allergies?
The seller says vegetable capsule but does not say whether every ingredient is plant-based or which allergens are present. Ask in writing before you buy.
Who makes Elvra?
We do not know. The checkout says Europe but does not identify the laboratory or the company.
Is Elvra approved in Ireland?
Food supplements are not approved the way medicines are, and the HPRA does not authorise them. A first-time supplement should be notified to the FSAI, and we cannot verify whether that was done for Elvra or that every ingredient is accepted in Ireland. Notification is not validation of effectiveness.
Is Elvra sold in Boots, McCabes, Hickey's or Life Pharmacy?
We did not find it in Irish pharmacies or on their websites. According to the seller, it is ordered from its own site.
What payment methods does the checkout offer?
The version we viewed listed credit and debit card, PayPal, Klarna and bank payment options. What is shown can change and can differ by country, so check on screen.
How do I get a refund?
The seller advertises a 60-day guarantee and gives the address contact@nutriveno.com. It does not publish the steps or who pays the return. On top of the guarantee, most online purchases come with a 14-day right to cancel under Irish consumer law, with exceptions, for example for sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Who do I turn to if there is a problem with an order?
First the seller, in writing. Then the CCPC for guidance on your rights, or European Consumer Centre Ireland if the seller is based in another EU country.
Are there alternatives that cost nothing?
Yes, and they usually weigh more: sleeping well, moving regularly, eating a balanced diet and easing off the stress.
